Please review our TERMS AND CONDITIONS when you rent or adopt a safelist from Ultimate Safelist Host:

You must NEVER harvest other members details or email addresses.

You are permitted to send bulk emails to your members through the administrative interface only. You are not permitted to send bulk emails to all list members through any other means. This is to respect your member's privacy. They have agreed to receive contact emails from Ultimate Safelist Host and nobody else. We do not want to be accused of having sold, shared or otherwise made available any member databases to another site.

Should your safelist hosting with us cease, you are no longer permitted to contact any safelist members through any means, including bulk mailers and automated scripts.

As a safelist admin, you are permitted to send NO MORE THAN 5 CONTACT EMAILS PER DAY to members of any list. Our script will automatically prevent additional contact emails from being sent.

We respect our members privacy, and will never give out your details to any third party. We expect that you will also do the same for our members and members of your list and not share, give away or sell any member details.

Adopting or leasing a safelist from Ultimate Safelist Host does not entitle you to ownership of the list or the safelist name. The Member Databases are the sole property of Ultimate Safelist Host. Adopting or administrating a safelist does not make you the owner of the list of members or their emails.

If you decide to seek hosting elsewhere, your safelist will be placed up for adoption and advertised on our "Adoption" page. In order to respect the privacy and rights of our members, you cannot purchase the membership database from us.

Breach of any of the above terms will result in the termination of your agreement with us and the forfeit of any monies paid.
