Q.  What is a Safelist?

A.  A Safelist is a group of people who have agreed to receive email opportunities from other members in return for sending their own opportunity to all members. As ALL members have agreed to receive messages from the other members, there can be no accusations of spam or unsolicited emails made against another member. All safelists are "double opt-in" meaning a new member must verify by email that they wish to join the list.

Q.  What are the benefits of owning a safelist?

A.  Safelists are a much-needed advertising service and in high demand by many marketers. By owning your own safelist, you can control the membership fees, sell advertising space in your mail-outs or on your site as well as contact all your list members with updates or special offers through your admin panel. You may also choose to give away free memberships as an incentive, or offer reduced packages as introductory offers. How you configure your own safelist is entirely up to you (you must, however, abide by our standard terms of service).

Q.   I have never run a Safe-List. Is it hard?

A.  Not at all! In fact, we have made it so simple to setup and run your Safelist that you'll be wondering why you never got started before. You need no HTML experience to get yor list up and running. If you know how to click a mouse you can run a safelist. We are always here to help and answer questions through the support ticketing system inside your member's area. The powerful script we use automatically handles all the management details for you - validation emails, bounced emails and more... everything on your site is easy to configure through the admin control panel. For example, rewrite your new member welcome and confirmation message; specify whether free members are entitled to banner rotations, plus many more features. Be sure to login to the admin section of our Demo Safelist to take it for a test run if you have any doubts.

Q.  How can you offer full safelist ownership at such a low price?

A.  By purchasing our own Dedicated Servers, we eliminate the "middle man" that usually results in over-inflated hosting and bandwidth prices.

Q.  Is the Ultimate Safelist Host service reliable?

A.  Yes! We manage and monitor our own servers to ensure they are fully-equipped to handle extreme email loads, ensuring your messages are delivered promptly and reliably. We specifically 'tweak' our servers to manage large amounts of mail resulting in an extremely reliable service. We also provide the safelist scripts, mail management, automated bounce management, troubleshooting of scripts and/or servers, programming expertise, and excellent customer support.

Q.  How can I make money with Ultimate Safelist Host?

A.  Easy!  Signup as a free affiliate now. Commissions are the same for free affiliates as for Paid Safelist Owners.  Next, refer as many affiliates as you can. When someone signs up as your referrer, they will ALWAYS be your referrer. If they later purchase a Safelist Hosting account with us, You are credited $1.50 for EACH month that they remain a paid member. Of course, you can also purchase your own Safelist and make money by promoting your own advertising and membership options.

Q.  How are commissions paid?

A.  We pay commissions directly to your registered PayPal account on the 5th of the month. You must have at least $25 in unpaid earnings to qualify for payout. If your commission total is under $25, they will be applied to the next month's earnings.

*Please note we do not pay commissions on 'self-referrals'.

Q.  How long does it take to setup my safelist?

A.  As soon as we verify your payment, it only takes a few moments. Simply fill out a short form with the information for your safelist, click "Submit" and our Auto Installer will automatically setup your Safelist for you! You'll be up and running INSTANTLY. 

Q.  How do I get members for my new safelist?

A.  Ultimate Safelist Host will HELP You gain new members for your new safelist immediately. Once your list is setup, simply login to your administrative area. From there you can add your list to The Subber with one click.  Your new list will be added instantly! We also offer a list of Safelist Directories where you can submit your new Safelist to from inside your admin area. Additionally, your Safelist will be automatically listed on our Ultimate Safelist Host directory. Members will be able to join your new safelist from inside the members area of any of the other lists in our network with one click!

Q.   Is there a set price I have to charge for my safelists?

A.  Certainly Not! You are the safelist owner and you will have the chance to set your own price for your safelist through the admin area. The prices you choose will be automatically displayed in the signup form for your members and also displayed on the main page of your safelist and the PayPal and StormPay buttons will be updated with your current prices.

Q.  What types of memberships can I offer?

A.  Your list includes three membership options - Free, Pro and Platinum. You can set any price you wish on a monthly, yearly or one time basis. You also can limit send times on each membership level.

Q.  Can I sell advertising on my site?

A.  Of course! With the built-in banner rotator, you can set any price for members to add a banner to the rotation. You can also sell sponsor links that are included on your safelist's main page AND set unlimited rotating top sponsor ads to go out in all free members ads!

Q.   Is there a setup fee?

A.  No! For a limited time we are waiving the setup fee for our clients!

Q.   What will my Safelist URL look like?

A.  When you create your safelist, you can choose your own Safelist Name and "subfolder name". This subfolder is what will be shown in the URL for your safelist. For example if you have the Safelist name "Cash Express Safelist", you can choose the subfolder name "cashexpress". The URL then would be http://ultimatesafelisthost.com/cashexpress. You are not permitted to use spaces or punctuation in your subfolder name.

Q. Am I responsible for paying the affiliate commissions to the safelist members?

A.  Yes! You are the safelist owner and will be responsible for any fees, commissions to affiliates, refunds, payment cancellations, payments, that your members make to you for joining your safelist.

Q.   Can I offer Free Pro memberships to my safelist?

A.  You certainly can! This does help a lot of safelist owners build their safelist quicker but it also makes for a loss of generated income. The choice is yours. Simply submit a support ticket requesting the Free Pro and/or Free Platinum links and we will provide with the URL to use for Free signups.

Q.   Does Ultimate Safelist Host provide any bulk discounts?
